With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kenneth Wayne Chapman of Surprise, Arizona, who passed away on October 21, 2020 at the age of 23. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Wayne Chapman and Lucy Chapman; his fiancé Jenelle; his sister Alicia Chapman; and his grandmothers, Marge Chapman and Carrol Lou Jensen. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Burial services will be held at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona located in Phoenix, Arizona.The family suggests that donations be made to the Phoenix Children's Hospital, The Ryan House, or the Wounded Warrior Project in Kenneth's name.
