It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Ann Richardson in Surprise, Arizona, born in Flandreau, South Dakota, who passed away on June 21, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Peters and Mary Peters (Brakke); her brother Chuck; and her sister-in-law Colleen Peters. She is survived by: her siblings, Jeannie, Tootsie, Tommy, Bobby, Rosie, Mary Lou, Barb, Carol, Julie and Rich; her husband Charles William Richardson (Bill); her daughters, Laurie (Steve Elliott), Lonnie (Mike Sperle), Lisa Haley and Leslie (Steve Soell); her grandchild Trista (Kelly Barnes); and her great grandchild Kylah Barnes. She is also survived by her husband of nearly 60 years, her family and her friends.
