He is survived by: his son Jackie Thompson, Jr.; his stepdaughter Robin Castro (Antonio); his sibling Rooney Hunt (Willie Mae Patterson); and his granddaughter Faith Williams. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
