She was predeceased by: her parents, James McElligott and Margaret McElligott (McCaffery); her husband Anthony Julian Marro; and her siblings, Mary, Catherine, Tom and John.

She is survived by: her son Anthony; her siblings, James, Carol and Margaret; and her friends, Celeste and Dorothy. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a memorial donation be made to the Humane Society of the United States.
