She was predeceased by: her brother Jim Chalmers; and her parents, Jean Chalmers and Foster Chalmers. She is survived by: her husband James Forrest; her children, Cathy (Jim Kirk), Chris (Andrea) and Craig Forrest (Susan); her granddaughters, Regan Hofmann (Gary Suarez) and Olivia Forrest; and her great grandchild Anna Jane Suarez.
