He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Everett Sullivan and Adda Marie Sigler; his wife Ada Thompson Vipond of Duluth, Minnesota.; his sisters, Wanda Brown and Donna Herndon (Jim); his children, Steven (Jan), Brad, Scott (Liz), Dianne (Walter) and Laura (Michael); and his stepsons, George Vipond, Clark Vipond and John Vipond (Leslie). He was also cherished by eight children, 14 grandchildren, and 16 great-grandchildren.
