David Albert Shields Obituary
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David Albert Shields formerly of Surprise, Arizona, who passed away on August 31, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, David Nile Shields and Melva Leona Shields (Hardcastle); and his in-laws, Durwood and Maxine Cook. He is survived by: his wife Loree Cook; his children, Steven Shields (Brenda), Janene Shields, Paula Nagle (Randy), Dale Jenson (Cheryl King), Linda Anderson, Mark Jenson (Heidi), Connie Shumway (Paul) and Karen (Denzil); and his brother Marlin Shields (Claudia). He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 39 great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, David's request is for donations to the Missionary Fund of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
