Mehner (Julie) of Davenport, IA., James Mehner of Davenport, IA. and Carol Brabant of Davenport, IA.; and his stepchildren, Barry Martens, Lori Hoff (Will), Terry Martens (Lindy) and Corey Martens (Kelly). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 7 great grandchild, 13 step grandchildren, and 1 step great grandchild.
