She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanislaw Lajewski and Bronislawa Lajewski (Okulczyk); and her brother Henry (late Chester). She is survived by: her daughters, Ann Pietrarosso (Vito) of Chicago and Dorothy Rutledge (Chad) of Geneva; her grandchildren, Evan, Natalie and Colleen; and her sisters, Marianna Wrobel of Poland and Stanislawa Cimoch of Poland. She is also survived by relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, masses in Chessie's name would be appreciated.
