She was predeceased by: her parents, James Russell and Eula Catherine Silvey. She is survived by: her husband Mike Blackburn; her sons, Dusty Levingston (Bobbi) of Arizona and Joe Blackburn (Shannon) of Tennessee; and her grandchildren, Ellee and Caroline.
