He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alice Singletary and David J Bell Jr.; his wife Pauline Bell; his children, Christina K Mcwilliams and Bruce D Bell Jr.; his sisters, Judy Hodges, Tracy Serrero and Debra Maxey; his grandchildren, Todd "Taylor" Mcwilliams, Brandon McWilliams, Kevin Mcwilliams, Andrew Bell and Riley Bell; his daughter-in-law Elizabeth Bell; and his granddaughter Leah Mcwilliams. He was also cherished by extended family and loving grandchildren.
