He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Delaporta and Catherine Delaporta (Murray); and his sister Catherine. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Delaporta (Smith); his daughters, Breanne Harden (Devin) and Brooke Delaporta; his sisters, Jackie Aronson (Matt) of Centerbrook and Dorothy "Dee" Cox (Dave) of Plant City; his mother-in-law Dorothy Smith of Chicago; and his brother-in-law John Smith (Sherri).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Brooke Delaporta College Fund.
