She is survived by: her children, Juan Victor Ramirez Alvarado, Carmen Sellers, Rosie Ramirez Alvarado, Ricardo Ramirez Alvarado, Elvira Dorado, Sylvia Alvarado, Daniel Ramirez Alvarado, Jorge Ramirez Alvarado and Ascencion Ramirez Alvarado, Jr.; and her sister Teresa Mejia. She is also survived by 30 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
