He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra; his grandson Cameron; and his parents, James Kay and Amy Kay. He is survived by: his children, Ron, Tracy, Jeff and CJ; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Michelle, Robby, Andrew and Trinity; his brothers, Richard (Donna) and Jim; and his friends, Alice Pierce and Ricki Huggins.
