He was predeceased by: his parents, Esperanza Vender and Gustavo Vender; his siblings, George, Raul, Gustavo, Ricardo, Fernando and Monica (Quiroz); and his wife Alicia (Coronado).
He is survived by: his children, Josephine Ronstadt (Jose), Reyes (Betty), Monica Corr (Tim), Irene Steadman (Alex) and Virginia Duarte (Louie). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
