She was predeceased by: her husband Gilbert; her sons, Estevan "Ephan", Alex and Fernando "Fernie"; and her stepson Freddie Velasquez.

She is survived by: her children, Richard "Viti" Velásquez, Teresa "Baba" Otero (Jerry Otero), Adelita "Apen" Velásquez, Marcos Velásquez, Virginia Velásquez, Andrea Velásquez Beltran, Andrew Velásquez and Angel Velásquez. She is also survived by 2 brothers (Patricio and Billy) and 2 sisters.
