He was predeceased by: his parents, Dwight Wesley and Birdie Josephine Culver (Beavers); and his siblings, Earl, Emmitt Culver and Clara Culver.
He is survived by: his wife Ernestine Madrid; his close friend Shirley Pechous; his sister Christena Hauser; his children, Michael Culver (Simone), Michelle DeAnda (Ernest) and Christina Culver of Farmington; his grandchildren, Adam Henley (Gina) of Farmington, A. J., Courtney Nelson of Nashville, Dani Davis (Ty) of La Plata, Alicia Zaremba (John) and Adam Zaremba of Durango, Colorado.; and his great grandchildren, Angeleena, Brayden, Jace, Maverick Henley, Jack, Quinn Henley, Lane Davis, Zade, Reu, Isla and Rio Zaremba. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in honor of Phil, to his favorite charity, Tunnel to Towers.
