He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Suzanne Keith (Andy), Gina Hurt (James) and Michael Mentone (Loni); his grandchildren, Kayla, Chloe, Mary Keith, James III, Adam Hurt and Madeline Mentone; his brother Francis Men; and his nephew Quinn Mentone. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
