He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Alexander Risk and Lydia Risk (Biedermann); his wife Ella May Ball; his son Sean Risk; and his brother Donald Louis Risk.
He is survived by: his children, Shannon Risk of Niagara Falls, NY, Suzi Risk (Brian) of Blairstown, IA, Scott Risk (Julie) of Grapevine, TX and Steve Risk of Independence, IA. He is also survived by three grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
