She is survived by: her daughters, Andrea Evans Novak, Ilene Evans and Leslie Evans-Bradley (David Bradley); her grandchildren, Diana Novak-Tedd (Casey Tedd), Jacqueline Novak, Evan Novak and Benjamin Bradley; and her great grandchild Amelia Rush.
