She was predeceased by: her former husbands, Gerald "Jerry" Cvikel and Anthony "Tony" Zawalich; her parents, Oliver Fredrickson and Evelyn Fredrickson; and her brothers, Gary Fredrickson (Nancy) and Jerry Fredrickson (Mary).
She is survived by: her husband Thomas "Tom" Kubic; her sister Jan Hollero; her daughters, Sheri Maciolek (late Kevin), Tammy Scheinoha (Paul) and Joan Stamm (Gary); her grandchildren, Crystal Zak (DJ), Jeremy Maciolek, Kayla Marko (Nik) and Courtney Stamm; and her great grandchildren, Peyton, Marleigh, Ayden and Grayson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, family, and friends.
