He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert J. Burkhardt and Martha Marie Goodall Burkhardt; and his sister Kathie. He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his sons, Kyle and Dana; his grandchildren, Jack, Jane and Vaughn; his brother Terry; his niece Jennifer; and also, Sara and Neely.
