He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack O'Neill and Dorothy Ann O'Neill. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Colleen Vitale (Rich), Regan O'Neill (Connie), Tracy O'Neill and Ryan O'Neill (Michelle); his grandchildren, Julia, Ian, Jack and Nora O'Neill; his father-in-law Edward Mencfeldowski; and also, Dennis O'Neill, Brian (Mary), Tim (Mary), Regan (Kris), Patrick (Dawn) and Kevin (Janie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
