He is survived by: his wife Shirl; his mother Nancy Childress; his uncles, Richard Porter and Jim Porter; his sisters, Debbie Harmonson (Chris) and Wanda (Buddy Starkey); his niece Jessica Starkey; his nephew Justin Starkey; his great-nieces, Emma and Mila; his stepmother Lois Childress; his stepdaughters, Lea Lindsey and Chele Radatti; and also, Carolyn, Larry and David. He is also survived by 10 step-grandchildren and many more family and friends.
