He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Kensmoe and Janell Kensmoe. He is survived by: his daughter Michelle Ann Kensmoe Vogelsang (Kyle); his wife Pam Grinstead; his grandchildren, Jonah (Caitlin), Joshua and Allison; and his sisters, Donna Knorowski (George) and Bonita Browder (Woodie).
In lieu of flowers, the family is suggesting a donation to Hospice of the Valley at 1510 E. Flower, Phoenix, AZ 85014.
