She was predeceased by: her spouse Jerry Wayne Cantrell. She is survived by: her sister Amelia Surles of Odenville, AL; her brother-in-law Kenneth Cantrell of Phoenix, AZ.; and her children, Anita Davis (David) of Washington, OK, Gayla Mathews (Jerry) of Artesia, NM, Gary Cantrell of Claremore, OK and Becky Lemley of Hobbs, NM.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews. (Whew!) Mom, Grandmother, Aunt Betty, Granny.
