He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ellgen Webb of Sun City, AZ; his son Kevin Webb (Gretchen) of Atlanta, GA; and his brothers, Douglas S. Webb (Sandra) of Preston, ID, Curtis G. Webb (Kristen) of Elk Ridge, UT and Bracken J. Webb (Yvonne) of Idaho Falls, ID.. He is also survived by two stepdaughters, six stepsons, 12 grandchildren.
