He is survived by: his wife Catherine Krakovsky King; his children, Jennifer King, Jeff King and Nicholas King; and his stepchildren, Anna Malloy-Zervos, Jack Malloy, Billee King Conard of Raleigh, NC and Debbie King Edwards of Monmouth, IL. He is also survived by one grandson and 4 step-grandsons.
