He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Debra Steffel, Denise Russell and Tim Minsart; his grandchildren, Johanna Tease, Noah Steffel, Madeline Russell, Alexander Russell and Matthew Russell; and his great grandchildren, Charlotte, Everett, James, Clara Ham and Leo Tease.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Family Promise of Greater Phoenix (familypromiseaz.org) an organization Dave felt strongly about because they helped families who were homeless for the first time.
