He is survived by: his wife Helen; his daughters, John Jr, Mary Remmick (Eric), Barb, Mike, Bill (Gina), Caroline Walter and Tom (Didi); his grandchildren, Brian (Alison), Eric, Christina, Stephen Denny, Alec Murphey, Drew, Jack, Stacy Arnold, Alan Arnold, Holly, Krista, Alexa, Sydney Walter, Alayna Walter, Daniela, Elizabeth and Mateo; his great grandchildren, Avery and Parker; his daughter Teresa; and his siblings, Ruth, William, Robert, Harry and Donald.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Jack to Disabled American Veterans.
