He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Jill Craig, Jodie Phillips and John Harworth; his grandchildren, Corinne Cooksey, Bryce Phillips, Joshua Phillips and Kevin Craig; and his great grandchildren, Averie Cooksey, Hailey Cooksey and Sebastian Craig Montoya.
