He is survived by: his children, Dawn (Tim Henrickson), Gina (Richard Coleman) and Eric (Jennifer Petty); his grandchildren, Jessica (Jeff Hall), Ricci (Garrett Hofferber), Elizabeth Fischer, Kalie (Ryan Hunter), Ashley (Caleb Pratt) and Austin Petty; his great grandchildren, Aaron, Rory Hall, Jack, Michael Fischer, Dean and Maverick Hofferber; and his sister Linda (Gary Thorp).

Donations to Hospice of the Valley are preferred in lieu of flowers.
