He was predeceased by: his parents, Bethel Toms (Davis) and Merlyn Toms; and his brother Michael Toms. He is survived by: his siblings, Larry Toms (Susan) of Gilbert, AZ, Vicki DeSotel (Jack) of Fairbank and Debra Oliva (Ron) of Peoria, AZ. He is also survived by 5 nephews and 2 nieces.
