He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph and Agnes; and his grandson Ted. He is survived by: his sons, Curtis (Sharon), Scott of Tucson, AZ and Tim (Tina) of Gretna, NE.; his grandchildren, Stephanie, Dreu and Tyler; his great grandchildren, Brandon, McKenzie and Cameron of Allen, TX.; and his sister Marilyn Burdic of Malvern, IA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
