She was predeceased by: her parents, George Raabe and Lilian Raabe; her brothers, Raymond and Gaylord Raabe (Eugene Seeley); her son David Seeley; and her great grandchild Blake Stevenson.
She is survived by: her daughter Deborah Fanning (Charles). She is also survived by four grandchildren, and several great grandchildren.
