He was predeceased by: his brother Gene; and his parents, Hubert Sly and Virginia Sly. He is survived by: his wife Soyla; his daughter Lara Utter (Steve); his stepsons, Henry (Rick) and Matthew; and his grandchildren, Annie, Tyler, Andrew and Corum.
