He was predeceased by: his adoptive son Joseph; and his siblings, Adeline Barutha, Eva, Mary, Emil, Ervin, Eugene, Daniel, Jerome and Franklin.

He is survived by: his sisters, Rita Wyszkowski (Stanley) and Theresa Laughrin (Robert); his daughter-in-law Margene; and his pet Missy. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
