He is survived by: his wife Judy Holstein; his children, Gary Holstein Jr (JoAnn), Colleen Klaus (Mark), Vance Holstein (Joanne), Petra Holstein (David) and Julie Holstein (Rodger); and his sisters, April Holstein and Melody Holstein. He is also survived by grandchildren; 6 ½ dear great grandchildren.
