He was predeceased by: his spouse Tootie. He is survived by: his children, Cory, Kris (Shannon) and Kamie (Matt); his grandchildren, CJ, Conner, Zachary, Sean, Kendrick, Kru and Daxton; and his great grandchildren, Blakely and Harper.
