He is survived by: his wife Virginia Carlson; his daughters, Kendra Carlson Phillips (Frank), Kristen Carlson and Kabrina McLaughlin (Matthew); his granddaughter Rhiannon Phillips; and his siblings-in-law, Sharon Carlson, Marlys Nelson and Gordon Paulson (Valerie). He is also survived by friends, extended family.
