He was predeceased by: his wife Arlene; and his siblings, Marian and Ken. He is survived by: his sons, David Muller, Jr. (Anneke), Michael Muller (Patty) and James Muller (Joanne); his sister Elaine Kolman (Roger); his sister-in-law Sandy Muller; his grandchildren, Melissa King (Chris), Sarah Muller and Luke Muller; and his great grandchildren, Haley and Olivia King.
