He is survived by: his wife Kay Fontana; his children, Jason Fontana (Natasha), Jamie Galea (Carmelo) and Jessica Fontana; his siblings, Daniel, Douglas Fontana and Denise Cosgrove; and his grandchildren, Kevin, Koby, Kaiden, Michelle, Caprice, Kaleb, Carmelo, Jr. and Isabella.
