He is survived by: his wife Barbara (Long); his children, Craig (Becky), Amy Miller (Neil), Jennifer Patay (Scott) and Brian (Kami); his sister Earleen Perlaky (Stephen); and his significant other Connie Wert. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 26, great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews.
