He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Hiram Tucker and Gladys Tucker; his brother Paul; his children, Petra Zaleski, Charles Jr. (Elena), Gail Leith (Gregg) and Allen; and his grandchildren, John, Stacey, Natasha, Tatyana, Nathan, Levi, Cameron, Sofie, Stella, Kinsley, Kellen, Kasen and Kylee.

His favorite donation charities were Shriner's Children Hospital and St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
