He is survived by: his wife Margaret Woodard; his children, Brian Monzon and Stacey Monzon Krey; his grandchildren, Christopher Monzon and Ashley Monzon Frazier; his great grandchild Lincoln; his siblings, Dale Woodard and Sherrie Woodard Lundy; and his parents, Deloris "Dee" Pugh (Dee) and Charles "Chuck" Woodard (Chuck).
Due to Covid 19 a celebration of life will be postponed till the first week of May (day to be noted later) at Sierra Sage golf course in Stead (Reno), Nevada.
