She is survived by: her husband Frank W Daly III; her children, David Bell, Cindee Salem, Frank Daly IV and Todd Daly; her grandchildren, Katie Holck (Jason), Trey Salem (Whitney), Kyla Nye (Sean), Frank Daly V and Brooke Lenehan; her great grandchildren, Halee, Paige, Levi and Evie; and her siblings, Kenneth Bundy and Maria Kosturik.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations in memory of Carolyn may be made to Hospice of the Valley.
