He is survived by: his wife Joan Harris Weaver; his sons, Brent Weaver and Kent Weaver; and his stepdaughters, Tammy Downey, Kimberly Pawlowski, Leslie Small and Shannon Mikulski. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
