He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Cody and Helen Cody (Morris); and his brother Gerald Cody. He is survived by: his wife Charlene Lutz of Sun City; his daughters, Lisa Cody (Bill Forman) of South Pasadena, CA and Sara Cody (Tom Ballatore); and his grandsons, Thomas, Nicholas and Alexander Forman.
