He was predeceased by: his parents, Milo Chick and Patsy Miller; his grandparents, Ruth Ann (Nanny) and Joesph William Akard (Daddy Joe); his brother Milo Raymond Chick Jr. (Phillip Wadley); and his uncle Clyde Akard.
He is survived by: his former wife Mary Juergensen; his children, Nayree Ross (Patrick), Jodie Monroe (Monte) and Troy Chick; his grandchildren, Madison, Mariah, Zoe, Kinsley and Robert; and his siblings, JoAnn Maxwell, Betty Zlatich (John), Ree Ann Chick, David Miller, James Miller and Shawn Miller. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
