He is survived by: his wife Joan Kozub (Jeleniewski); his children, Stephen Kozub and Suzanne Burke (Michael); his grandchildren, Matthew Burke (Grace), Daniel Burke and Kelly Burke; and his siblings, Rita Buchanan and Paul Kozub (Mary).
